Is this leak new? Exactly where is the oil leaking from the head gasket? Too much oil in the crankcase causes too much pressure inside the engine, which forces the oil out, somewhere. You might want to check the airbox drain hoses. Take the plugs out and see if anything drains. Frank's advice is good, if you let the oil out to correct level, you might not have to do anything. How many miles have you ridden with too much oil?
I've found that though Suzuki's manual calls for 2.5 quarts with filter change, mine only takes a little over 2 quarts to get up to the top "full" notch.
